I was panicking because water was coming up through my basement floor and Action sent a guy out quick. I didn’t expect quick service given the inclement weather and all the stories I’ve been seeing online about ruptured pipes and the havoc that is causing, but they made me feel like a priority and I’d recommend to anyone.

Called about a sewer back-up @ 10:30. I was told they'd try to have someone out before lunch, but definitely after lunch at the latest. Logan arrived @ approximately 11:30. He completed the job effectively and efficiently, while provided exceptional customer service. He was communicative, friendly and thorough. Also handled both of my dogs very well.
I work in disaster restoration and we use Action Sewer and Drain for our company and for good reason. I highly recommend Action for all your sewer needs.

Once again, Roy and his fabulous workers saved the day! Cody and Jesse were on time, respectful of my home, and cleaned their work area when finished. They performed a drain cleaning in my laundry area which fixed the back up on my drain stack. They saved me about 20 hours a week of bailing water buckets.
