Spectrum always wants to help me and my care is very important to them. I appreciate Jake coming over to fix my curtains. He even volunteered to shampoo my carpet.
Jake from Spectrum came and got me from my home to take me to Walmart and he was very courteous. Spectrum is always going out of their way to accommodate me
