It can be so overwhelming but she kept me focused and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for in a home for myself and my future goals. She didn't pressure me to buying something I wouldn't be happy with in the future. She helped me with every single question I asked and if whe didn't know the answer she found someone who did! She was honest about the entire process and if she wouldn't put her money on it, she would tell me! If the price was too high, she encouraged comps and negotiation. I consider myself one of the lucky ones to connect with Marnie when we decided to relocate to South Dakota. To say she gives five star service is an understatement. Marnie goes above and beyond any expectations you could ever have. Videotaping countless properties, answering 100’s questions for wet behind the ears, first time buyers are just some of the many things I can say about her.
