Extremely impressed with Russ and the folks at Brown & Co. He was able to get my tract sold fast but what’s more impressive was Russ’s attention to detail and his streamlined approach to selling which you won’t experience with many land agents. Always attentive, always there to answer questions & could not be more pleased. Either 20 Acres or 2,000 acres I would trust him whole heartedly to get it done.
Russ has been absolutely great! He is highly knowledgeable, experienced, great with communication, and honestly just a great guy. If there is someone who will work hard and make sure you’re taken care of it’s Russ. He will give you honest feed back on expectations and goals. He knows the process back and forth and takes the time to make sure you understand every step and really looks out for your best interest. One of the deciding factors that made Russ stick out above all else is Russ listens and tries to fully understand you and what you want. He brings a sense of relaxed but focused approach to bring buyers and sellers together.
I was very satisfied working with Russ on a land sale. Consistently went out of his way to help me get any paperwork I needed for my due diligence, even returning calls late in the day. If you need a real down to earth agent I recommend him without hesitation.
