I didn't get the braider's name but she did a great job on my granddaughters hair. Very pleased with results. Have been a customer for several years.

My appointment was at 10 came on time. Didn't receive right address and on top of everything getting in chair had to wait an hour and 30 minutes until she started because she said she had to eat! Than she start braiding. Now she having a hard time catching my hair so I ask is it going to be a problem she states no! I can do she does my hair gets done 7hrs and I go home getting ready for and event. Why does I have a braid come out than I. In the car another comes out long story short I came here last week and I have a total of 7 braids out my head and I paid 220 she say come back this week girl bye no I have 3 children have a stress problem in my hair making me lose hair that's why I wanted braid a whole 220 wasted . Y'all greedy people man.... And wrong.... You knew you could t catch you should've told me the truth and let me go else where. If you come here just know they are slow and make sure they are certain can catch your hair if you have short hair.

They are very friendly but you do not get what you ask for and what the style they provide is not worth the money. A portion of my hair was left unbraided, my braids were not stitched as in the picture, and my bun was no where near as full as the braided bun style. I tried to get them to fix it and the owner advised she would be speaking with her daughter and I haven’t heard a word since.

I called for a walk in. They were able to take me. They were welcoming and very friendly. I got small knotless box braids and loved them. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Will not recommend on the phone constantly taking a lot of breaks EXTREMELY ROUGH WHILE COMBING OUT YOUR HAIR. They do not like AA for real and we have to spending our money with them. They are over prices and half of the hair styles they can not do.
