I bought my home in 2021 and my realtor recommended Ed’s for my HVAC inspection. I have continued to use them since - they replaced my old unit with a new one, and perform the service on my unit twice a year. I have had to call for a service call once, and they are responsive and get here as soon as they can. I’ve recommended Ed’s to many friends and family members and will continue to use them as my HVAC company! Highly recommend.

From the time I first spoke to Megan to Ed Jr coming out and fixing our unit, the amount of professionalism and sincerity was outstanding! Megan called me first thing on Monday morning to see if it was an ok time for them to come out and look at the unit. I work, but my parents are here, so that worked out great! Ed Jr was here within 15 minutes! He kept in touch with me; updating as he worked on the unit and getting parts for it. He relayed the same information to my parents, but wanted to also keep me in the loop. That type of communication is hard to find these days!
