Although kind, we found this accounting firm incredibly difficult to work with. They did not understand how to help us manage our small business and our monthly fee would range from 60-120$ a month. The invoices were simply billed as hours of time it took their accountants to figure things out which they never seemed to. We were once billed twice for the same month and when we phoned about it they said it was fine and we did not have to pay that. 130$ imagine an accounting firm that cannot keep track of their own billing. We switched to Ratliff and have not had one issue since. They only ever charge us 50$ a month and no random surprise amounts.

I am reviewing the lack of response to emails and phone calls alone. I cannot attest for their accounting or tax preparation as I haven’t been able to get a response back in over a week by email or phone (probably meaning they’re very good and booked). I understand it is the peek busy season, but an email takes but a few minutes. I feel it’s very rude in the least to not take time and respond back to an email with a simple, sorry we can’t help you we are too busy.
