I was first tatttooed by Ashley Henson in Knoxville, TN. Drove 6 hours to have more work done by her in SC. Ashley is incredibly talented. Her work is flawless and she lays it down fast. She's also super chill to sit with for hours. Thoughtful and so considerate. One of the best in the industry, in my opinion. The vibe at By the Sword is great.Services: Tattoo cover-ups & reworkings

Been working for a year and a half on my sleeve with Ashley Henson and could not recommend her or her work more. Still in progress but she took my ideas and has run with them and I couldn’t be more pleased! She’s not only ridiculously talented, but she makes the whole process easy and fun.

We are By the Sword Tattoo. We are a cash only shop, we have an ATM here for your convenience. Our shop minimum is 60$ and our Hourly rate is 150$ an hour. We accept walk-ins on a first come first served basis according to our availability. (You must be 18 or older to get tattooed) If you would like to set up an appointment, feel free to stop by anytime to consult with an artist, our deposits are $60 and are transferable, but are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we require a 24 hour notice. You can contact your artist directly or leave us a voicemail. Thank you, and we look forward to tattooing you!
