Hi everyone, I came to the Spartanburg area to see my daughter for her BIRTHDAY. As I arrived I was shocked to see that my daughter's lawn was out of control. I surprised her by showing up unannounced from Nashville TN. She and my son-in-law are deaf and on limited income. And there's people out there who will take advantage of her and her husband. Lately they have not been able to get the grass cut as it needs to be. They both were embarrassed to let me know, afraid that I would be disappointed. So I decided (even though it was after 9pm) to search for someone to help. I came across Petty's Lawncare and gave them a call while praying that someone would return my call as soon as possible. Well to my amazement, the owner Brandon Petty answered the phone. Brandon was very understanding and easy to talk to. He sympathized with me as I was leaving late the next day to go back to Tennessee. Brandon agreed to help me even though it was causing him a variation in his regular schedule. He doesn't even know me at all but was willing to go out of his way to help me make my daughter's BIRTHDAY nicer. WOW!!! Now that really made me feel special. And when he and his team came out to my daughter's home he treated me and my family with respect and dignity. You just don't find the old fashioned customer service much anymore but with Petty's Lawncare setting an example, well let's just say there's still hope. 5 STARS for a job well done!!!
