Worse company ever!! Came to my house to see why AC was not cooling. Mechanics did not seem to know why it was not cooling. Told me to keep an eye on it. Later that day, unit stll not cooling. They said they would be back Monday. I called in the afternoon Monday to see when they were coming. Got recorder and left Agmessage to call me. No call back. Again I called Tuesday about 4 times. Each time got the recorder and requested a call back. Again no show and no call back. Guess what - same thing Wednesday. Sorry excuse for a company that doesn't show or call. I still have no working ACServices: HVAC system repair
Before hiring Kenny with Oconee Mechnical be sure to do your research. You will see a trend in reviews around issues arising and not receiving communication to resolve. This has been our experience with Kenny. We paid thousands of dollars for a new HVAC system to be installed. At this time we have paid in full, but Kenny has not completed the job paid for - with 5 of the 9 ceiling vents not fully attached and blowing heat into the attic. He said he would fix them back on 11/19/21 but does not return my phone calls and only texts sporadically with no real resolve. He said he has a one year warranty on labor, but be aware he does not stand by his warranty.UPDATE: At this...read full review
