They always have plenty of technicians available and never have to wait when I walk in. They offer you a complimentary drink upon arrival. They are friendly and will listen to your requests. My babygirl(daughter) had a Birthday last Saturday and I(Daddy) took her to get a manicure. She turned 8. Mary did a FANTASTIC job with providing my daughter with great customer service, comfort, and advice during her appointment. My daughter was very satisfied and it led me to get a manicure as well.
