Amy is an amazing stylist! Cutting, coloring, extensions, hair loss replacement…you name it! Some people need to have their reviewing capabilities revoked! Using the fact you have a masters degree to degrade someone is low, it also doesn’t make anyone better or smarter than the other. I can say this if I was displeased with my haircut, I probably wouldn’t go back for a second appointment. Amy keep doing what you’re doing! That’s why your salon is rated top 5 in the area! ❤️

Amy Howie is one of the best stylist I’ve had the pleasure of meeting and having do my hair down here at the beach! Her precision and knowledge of cutting and her skills when it comes to color are far more advanced than most stylist I’ve had touch my hair! She is a true delight and I will be returning to Papillon Salon to see her again! Thank you Amy for being the sweet southern gem you are! ?

I simply can NOT believe the review that I just read!! I've gone to Amy for well over 25+ years and have "yet" to be disappointed in cut OR color. We moved to Sarasota, FL for over 13 years and I asked Amy to help me find someone that could make me happy with my hair! She knows...I want stylish & chic! She attended classes with one of the most prestigious salon owners in Sarasota, FL and she told me to contact them, which I did. Amy will go above and beyond to help any client - I've seen this first hand!! And the comment about southern layers.... first of all, that's no term.... that's a "slap in the face" and I take offense to that! Maybe going back "home" up...read full review
