Yesterday I was determined to cancel the service because I was dissatisfied. Jordan, who convinced me that the services they offered was good. He never answered any of my calls after .(never heard from him again , after he said I could call him ) If it wasnt for Justine I would have cancel them .because of Justine am willing to give them another try . Thank you Justine going the extra mine for us today . Fingers are cross11/28/2023 - just an update , thank you Mr Parker for checking in on us . Our unwanted guest is a bit overwhelming. I just want to thank you for caring . I wish more people had customer service like you . You definitely made good on your promise .
