I was very impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of the receptionist and the Nurse Practitioner who saw me. There was a genuine sense of care and concern. This is my first time having to visit an Urgent Care since moving to the Charleston area in 2015 to work in Radiation Oncology. This location also happens to be convenient to my residence, so I will definitely go again if needed.

Was able to check in online ahead of time and receive a text when it was time to head to the appointment. It really cut down on the wait time. The staff was great and overall, it was a pleasant visit.

I went in, no long wait before I got called back, everything was done in a professional manner. Not only did they help me, but offered other services that I didn't need, but took the time to ask. They went beyond & built trust while they were helping me.
