If you’re looking for some zen in your life, GVO Studios yoga has been so relaxing. It’s right across the river in downtown NA. The beginner class is a judgement free zone and great time to get centered. Highly recommend if you’re stressed! ✌?I almost fell asleep during savasana today.(Class schedule/pricing is on mind body app, but about $15 to take an individual class)
This place is great!! If you’re looking for a fun & affective class check out all of Ashton’s classes. I just took her Yoga Pilate fusion class and WOW. One of my faves. 10/10
I am loving my Yen yoga class at GVO Studios with Lisa. I have had constant hip pain for the last 2 1/2 years. But after taking this class my hip pain is completely gone. I would recommend this class to anyone who has joint or muscle pain.
