Bittersweet experience. Slept with glasses on and lens popped out and I didn’t want to risk breaking it. I found store on google stopped in asked for help lady took my glasses , then young lady repaired returned them I said thanks how much said”oh you’re good nothin” other lady older aggressively said “10dollar” I said no problem took card no eye contact. Is it me or this society is hell bent on being hasty towards African American people for no reason.

Worst eye exam ever! Staff in violation of the HIPPA law! Talking about other patients in the waiting area for everyone to hear. Doctor Is incompetent! I have a pair of $600 glasses I can't see out of. Never checked me for glaucoma during exam. I ask for glasses to be able to do computer work, doctor said I needed progressive lens I reiterated to him I needed glasses to see computer he reassured me that I would be able to do computer work with progressive lenses, I was given 3 sets of lenses all of which I can not see computer blurry vision also lenses don't help me see for far away or up close, at last appointment I was walked to the door and told there was... read full review

If there was an option to leave zero stars I would have done so. Attempted to make an appointment for my three children, the woman who answered to schedule said appointments slammed the phone in my ear when I asked where we could get sooner appointments than August 13th. It appears said employee is unable to handle the position shes in. Lack of compitanc doesn't get you very far.
