Horrible customer service!!!! The tall young guy with dark hair is a liar and cheats custoner's out of services. Says he service's unit but doesn't. Spent the whole day waiting around for him and he never showed but I then found out I was charged. The older bald guy is rude and argumentative. Nasty personality. Not helpful and needs major customer service training. Would not recommend this company unless you want to waste your money and be treated poorly.
