This is my safe place. Great owner, instructors and curriculum. Inlet Yoga saved me during the pandemic with zoom classes. I am grateful to have this studio to practice on my mat with other beautiful souls.

I have been practicing yoga since October and feel wonderful. I have an autoimmune disease and hurt all over my body and knew I needed some movement that did not hurt . Maribeth and her staff have been so helpful to me and guided me to reach a practice that makes me feel so good about my body and mind. Yoga gave me a sense of control over my body and eased my RA. First time at this studio. I'm new to town and tried a couple of others liked them all but Inlet Yoga and the folks were friendly and very welcoming. Close to my home and easy to find. Class prices very competitive.
