While my husband was in the area on business, I visited Ulta for a couple of items I needed. I was greeted immediately and several times offered assistance by different ladies there. Because of this, I decided to ask for some opinions on eyeshadow application, colors, etc. They were so helpful, even taking me to various departments to find the right items. I received wonderful tips and purchased several of the recommended items. It was my favorite Ulta experience so far.

I had the best experience with Kat! I told Kat I am a basic makeup girl and needed help picking out numerous items. She spent an hour with me and never made me feel rushed. She is super knowledgeable and listened to my needs. I highly recommend Kat in the Chanel section. I will be back soon!
