The Benchmark staff was such a blessing for me while starting my recovery from knee replacement surgery! Grayson was super helpful and kind from the first phone conversation! And Beth was wonderful!! She was kind while pushing me to get my best results! I am so grateful for her strong, determined attitude that mixed with her kindness and compassion. I know I had the best therapy I could have had to get such early recovery results! Thanks so much for making me feel like family, and pushing me to get my best results!!
When I first came to Benchmark, I was about to give up on PT. It’s only been two months and my improvement is almost unbelievable. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. If you are injured and need help I recommend Benchmark in Mt Pleasant off Coleman Blvd.
I am extremely pleased that I found a physical therapist, Katie, who listens to my concerns and systematically acts upon them. She not only “works” on my shoulder and neck, she also provides me with exercises to do at home. The atmosphere is welcoming and the equipment is sprayed down after each use. Can’t say enough good things about this facility.
