My Cat Rusty was recently seen by Dr. Kasperbauer and assistant Hailey during an er visit for his broken leg. They were beyond amazing. They walked us through the options of treatment and made sure we were aware of the financial cost of each. They not only went above an beyond for us and Rusty but were so kind through out. I am forever grateful for them. Our cat is scheduled for surgery this week thanks to them. Thank you so much for all your help! You two are true Angels.

DO NOT use this Vet they DO NOT care about your pet!
I Established my dog there who suffers from seizures and when she started having seizures and I called they refused to see her and told me I had to go to Upstate Vet and when I needed her prescriptions filled they would not fill them because one particular vet was not in the office to sign because you have to pick up the prescription they won’t call it in. They don’t care that she is out of her medicine and will start having seizures because she doesn’t have her medicine. Don't make the same mistake i did and think they care about your pet because they dont!

My husband and I were absolutely impressed with Oasis vet! We took our 1yo pitbull in because she was vomiting all night. She literally eats anything and everything so we were super worried. The vet tech gave us reassurance that she was looking healthy and did not charge us for the consult. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 🙏🏼

While I appreciate that emergency services were available, I feel my son was overcharged for the care provided. For a 30-minute visit that included an X-ray, nail trim with wrap, antibiotics, and anti-inflammatory medication, the bill came to $800. This was not a true emergency, but they were the only vet open. If you are not concerned about cost, this may work for you. If you are price-conscious, I suggest going elsewhere. DO BETTER!!

Earlier last week, my 14 year old dog was diagnosed with late stages of liver cancer. We ended up having to take her to Oasis Animal Hospital & Emergency Center after she stopped eating and drinking. We were warmly greeted and immediately taken to a room by one of the receptionists. A few minutes later Haven came in and thoroughly discussed how things would play out. We spoke with Dr. Summer regarding the situation. Both of these ladies took the time to not only explain things to us, but they also did it compassionately, calmly, and straight to the point (but gently…if that makes any sense). This facility and staff goes above and beyond to make you and your pet comfortable. Thank you all for being kind, understanding, thorough, and compassionate in the way you speak/explain. You don’t find this quality everywhere and it truly does make a world of difference especially in really tough times.

I used Oasis Vet only once for an emergent situation that sadly resulted in the loss of my fur baby. Oasis staff was nothing but kind and comforting during this sad time. Not only did they give me a keepsake of a clay paw print of my baby, I recieved a hand written letter from the staff sending their love and regrets for my loss. From one visit, I cannot recommend them enough.

Took their time with my furbaby that was definitely needed. I was explained the steps during the process. We left their feeling that we are in a much better place on the road to recovery. Thank you for taking care of us.

Our little Zoey was attacked by a bigger dog and we needed help for our little girl who already has gone through a lot since we rescued her in April. Doctor Lee Burton assessed her and immediately let us know what she needed. We could tell he really loves animals and would treat her with the best care possible. The Oasis Staff was there when we needed them and everyone is caring and friendly. Even our phone experience was better, because they care and we didn’t have to go through a AI to get to a person, that is great and we only ever waited seconds to speak to a staff member. Dr Lee also immediately sent records to our vet, who reached out the next morning to check on Zoey. I highly recommend the Oasis Animal Hospital especially in an emergency. They are open until midnight.
