When we lost our dog Sadie, we were devastated. It was a very sudden death, and so waking up the next morning I had no idea what to do next. After calling a few places, we were referred to Living Waters by a local vet, and we are very grateful that we found them. Zach made the process very easy and straight forward. We were able to bring her right to the crematorium and say our last good byes. We were also able to bring her back home the same day which helped us greatly in our grieving journey. Zach clearly cares deeply for everyone that comes through his doors, and even for our puppy went out of his way to take one last paw impression and share a copy of the rainbow bridge poem with us. My husband and I were referred here by a local vet while looking for cremation services for our dog who passed unexpectedly. The experience we had could not have been better, especially in such a difficult time. We were able to drop her off right at the crematory to say our final goodbyes. We weren't rushed through any step of the process and were even able to pick her ashes up later that day. You can really tell that they care deeply for every family member that they are entrusted with. We can't thank them enough for taking such great care of our baby and making the first step of grief a little easier.
