I highly recommend Justin! He is super courteous, responsive, and knowledgeable. He and his team did a great job making urgent heating repairs to our condo. We contacted him at 10pm with no heat and within 14 hrs he made the initial repair so we had heat. He worked seamlessly with our home warranty company to minimize cost to us and came back later to make the larger repair to fix the underlying issue...all at minimal cost to us.

What a great experience! Justin and his team were on time, made sure that our home was kept clean during the install process, and they were very accurate on the amount of time it would take to replace the old system. The new system is working great and what a difference from the old one. Longbay Heating and Cooling did everything they said they were going to do, which in today's business service world is an accomplishment by its self. We highly recommend them and will definitely be using them for our annual checkups and maintenance.
