I got several repairs done. Kept leaving nuts, screws off after repairing. Had a solenoid replacement that did not work when I tried it. I had to replace it myself. Was rude when I called about this.

Had the switches that lower and raise the prop repaired. First time using after repair prop lowered and did not raise. Owner said it wasn’t his fault and was incredibly rude and insulting. I had to frantically search you tube videos to figure out how to get the prop up so I could move the boat. I now have to either repair myself or pay someone else to do the repair I’ve already paid for. Do not recommend this business.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Can’t say enough about Andrew & Mike, these guys know their stuff! Looked up top rated mechanics in the area on Google. Thought I would give them a shot. Glad I did! Gave him a call on Saturday took the boat to him on Monday. After Andrew cleaned the carb he got it running and found a ticking after Mike did some reconfiguring on the valves I got my boat back and it sounds better than when I bought it! Highly recommend if you are looking for a boat guy to give these guys a call!Services: Valve adjustment

I saw the great reviews on the web and decided t give Andrew a shot. I asked for an appointment through his site on Saturday and he called ,personally, Sunday and set a date and time. I was sold on him after talking on the phone and when he showed up on time, I was very pleased. He had the boat diagnosed and running in less than an hour. I had been with a "tow it in and we'll get it soon" repair shop and always waited 4 weeks or more. Andrew is now my go to mechanic; Southern Shores is the way to go.Service: Engine repair

He is awesome , after owning my boat for 5 years and doing nothing to it, he stepped in and up to the job and has my baby running again. He is very knowledgeable and how to overcome a very difficult issue without me having to sell my children to get it fixed!
