Called on a Sunday and had a technician (Brandon) at my house within an hour and a half. Found the issue in less than 10min, got the replacement part first thing Monday morning and had me up and running by lunchtime. I don't normally leave reviews but felt this service went above and beyond. Highly recommend to anyone especially after hours and weekends.Services: A/C system repair

We’ve used Cottrell for all our plumbing needs for years and have been very pleased. Around 8:00 pm we realized our ac wasn’t working. We called the number of our service technician who put our unit 5 years ago and sadly learned he had passed away Christmas Eve 2020. We then became a bit panicky bc he was so very good! A friend told us Cottrell was now doing AC repair too and that thrilled us! We woke up to almost 90 degrees and when I reached Cottrell she scheduled technicians right away .
