Loretta is one of the best hairdressers I have used at cost cutters I have been getting my hair done there for years. She is the best. And one of the sweetest women you could ever meet inside and out. She cuts and colors your hair exactly how you want it.She is the best at Cost Cutters. So when you go for a haircut ask for Loretta. She is the best.
Leslie did such an amazing job on my hair when I say my hair was straight as a bone and stayed that way for over a week. Normally after a flat iron session my hair poofs back up but not this time! I’m so excited to return. Thank you Leslie for doing such an amazing job!
