Over the past few years, we have had Cooper's Land \\u0026 Home complete a number of projects for our family home in Irmo. It has always been a pleasant experience.\\nOver the past month, we called on the Cooper's once again to do a rather large project for us in Chapin. It included wallpaper removal, drywall prep, painting and flooring for the entire interior of the home. Once again we were well pleased with the finished project. We had dreamed for years of making our 1,300 square foot, 1935-built home more livable for our family of four. After hiring Cooper's to complete some deferred maintenance on our house, we knew we wanted to partner with them on our planned expansion, too. They truly were a partner in this second project, which included a mudroom, laundry, storage, full bath, and an office nook, in addition to a full renovation of the adjacent kitchen and a patio.
