Southern Air Solutions has been my go to HVAC company for years both residentially and commercially! Philip is always courteous, professional, and extremely timely! He takes his time to explain the situation and gives options to best fix the problem. Recently he and Michael replaced my HVAC system that could no longer be repaired. As usual he was extremely easy to talk to about the options available and time line for installation! The day of installation went smoothly and the job was completed perfectly! Purchasing a new HVAC unit and getting numerous quotes is a daunting task. I think I met with at least 6 companies before deciding to go with Southern Air. I had gotten Mike's name from a friend who had used him in the past. A Word of mouth referrals always means a lot! Michael was familiar with and willing to install several brands as opposed to a few other companies that only seem to sell one brand. He also didn't make me sit through an hour long presentation about why his company and products were the best (my time is valuable and I had sat through one too many gimmicky presentations from other HVAC companies in town already so I was really grateful to skip... read full review
