I had an absolute pleasure dealing with Pella. My Representative was Thomas whom services the Myrtle Beach, Charleston and Lowcountry surrounding areas. He was knowledgeable, very responsive and went above and beyond to assist and answer any question or concern both before and post purchase. When a minor issue arose with the local code enforcement office, Thomas was more than willing to reach out to all relevant parties to help mitigate, provide pertinent information and ultimately played an intricate role in the solution. Pella windows is the best window company I’ve found when looking to replace old windows or purchase for new construction. Their pricing is extremely reasonable, and their customer service met all the needs encountered along the way! This company is what I was looking for, and I will definitely use them again!
