I started Pilates after receiving a gift card for Christmas. It only took going once to sign up for more classes. I have been going with my mom for 6 months now and we absolutely love it. The instructors are very nice and knowledgeable. Wendy is very patient with my mom that can not speak English. My mom always leaves each class saying how great she is and how much she works with her, helping her through all the exercises.
