We use their parents night out, and most recently their mindful warriors yoga camp. My boys love going for yoga!
They also have a nice selection of stones and herbs to choose from
This has been the best establishment by FAR that I have been to for all of my therapeutic needs. The massages are incredible, and each masseuse that I've ever been with is always kind and caring to all of my needs. And, as always, the yoga classes are such a wonderful experience, and I feel so zen and relaxed after one.
We had a private beach yoga class with Kendra. She was so accommodating and met up with us where we were staying so we could just walk to the beach. We had a group with varying levels of experience and she was able to make us all feel comfortable and at ease. Would highly recommend!
