Rogers Barber & Hair Design is a clean barbershop with kind and patient staff. The barbers are great, do a good job on haircuts, and make clients feel very comfortable and accepted. They are skilled with detailed requests and are especially understanding with clients who have sensory needs, showing kindness and patience. The environment is interesting and welcoming to all. Clients note the shop is 5 star clean and report that they are going to go back. The staff's accepting nature and ability to create a comfortable experience, even for those unfamiliar with the shop, are consistently highlighted.
Yesterday was Saturday. I wanted to go get my hair vis-a-vis a Boot Camp cut.
Turns out my regular barber was closed. I should’ve known that, but I had forgotten. So I went online and found this barbershop. I must say as a white man walking into a black barbershop was different. However, the barber was great. The folks’ conversation was interesting and they were very accepting that I was there. I am going to go back.
Requested style: Number two blade all the way around, hard part, and then outline the hair with a trimmer.
Cleanliness: 5 star clean
My grandson boogie is autistic(sensory) he don't like to be touched, don't like being in places that have different noises,let alone places he ain't familiar with and can't talk that well, he yells out at times. So He's had his barber always come do home visits. but when I took him here the barber was patient with him, kind, talked to him like a big boy that he is ? and made him very comfortable and does a good job on his haircuts! Now, my boogie loves to go out of the home and go see his barber here lol ? now he let's me know when it's Time for haircut. Staff is always kind as well..
