I’ve been a patient of Dr.Ropp for 17 years. He is very thorough and caring. He takes time to listen to his patients and not just rush through your appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Ropp and Palmetto Family Medicine in Hartsville.

Before my health went downhill I was an RN. Now I'm on the receiving end of medicine. So I've had the opportunity to both help the doctors as well as need help from them.First as an RN I can say that Dr. Ropp is one I would have loved to work with. He is a genuinely good person. He seems to treat everyone with respect.As a doctor, I don't have a single bad thing to say. I have a lot of medical problems and sometimes my visit can get fairly lengthy. Yet I never feel rushed. He makes you feel like you are his only patient that day. If one of my conditions is acting up I know I can expect treatment and a follow up appointment in a week or less to see how I'm doing.
