I broke a tooth and call them because they were the closest to my house. They took me in immediately and examined my mouth. They pulled the tooth and i went home happy. Dr. K and Beverly were fantastic. Didn't take very long at all. Highly recommend.
Yesterday I saw Max in the Hanahan office for adjustments to my SureSmile trays. I did not like the course my refinements were going but after seeing Max yesterday I can tell that she’s a perfectionist and is going to provide very good treatment and attention to get my bite where it should be.
incredibly sharp customer focus, I called and got in same day, needed a bite adjustment, it was completed right away, with no issues. the staff at this professional office are top-notch, the Dentist listens to your issues, asks great questions to probably give him a next step idea, that part of the process is comforting to me, I'm being heard. once the treatment concluded, they send you along with the best possible follow-up advice ever. thanks again Max, for once again coming to my rescue, you and your team are the best.
