As for the physicians, they are fantastic. However, you try to make a payment or ask a question about insurance/billing, you are put on hold forever and usually are cut off. Very, very poor customer service!
Great and caring place to have a eye doctor
In the eye shop, there is a young blonde girl..sorry don't know her name, but she was so helpful in helping me pick out my glasses and which ones looked right on me.
Eye exam was fine and prompt. Tried calling in to make a payment and it took 30 min to get someone on the phone. This is unacceptable! Lady said they were busy? Hire more people. Its so frustrating when customer service is crappy. Looking for a new eye doctor for sure!
