Madison ( in the optical shop)was so incredibly kind, patient , and helpful. 💜I am in a wheelchair , and she brought many frames to me , making the process easier and selection more comfortable. She deserves praise ( and a raise!!😎🤩)The office staff are always polite and professional. All the staff - office & docs and eye care are great.
As for the physicians, they are fantastic. However, you try to make a payment or ask a question about insurance/billing, you are put on hold forever and usually are cut off. Very, very poor customer service!
Great and caring place to have a eye doctor
In the eye shop, there is a young blonde girl..sorry don't know her name, but she was so helpful in helping me pick out my glasses and which ones looked right on me.
