The staff at Palm Beach Tan (formerly Ultra Tan) has always been courteous and helpful in all respects. They provide the products needed, get you checked in, and resolve any issues quickly and efficiently. Most of the staff now recognizes me and have me checked in without stating my name, many times before I am through the door. Augusta Rd...Love Liz she's the best and always cleaning and knows what she doing . As for her knowledge on the beds and products she definitely knows her stuff and so sweet every single time and iv never once seen her get an attitude with a customer. If iv had a bad day going before going in there she has that vibe that puts you in a good mood. She's always showing me new products...i have so many different lotions and body wash, shaving creams and glow lol. She makes you want it all !! If she's busy with another customer she still acknowledges you. They're all really pleasant at this location but with her I know my bed is always clean and if they're out of something...read full review
