5 stars all around! We have used Roto-Rooter for several different needs and they have always done an outstanding job!!! They have always helped to diagnosis the problem and talk through options with us to figure out the best solution. I would absolutely recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone I know! They were very professional and punctual. They took the time to get the job done correctly and cleaned up everything. We could not have asked for a better experience and will always call Roto—Rooter for any plumbing needs we have and will always recommend them to everyone we know.

I had a great experience with Donnie Hughes and highly recommend him! He responded promptly to replace my leaking kitchen faucet and quickly identified that my home's water pressure was set much too high, which can lead to plumbing problems over time.
Donnie replaced the kitchen faucet and also replaced the pressure-reducing valve on the water heater system that regulates the water pressure.
