Absolutely stellar. Very informative and kept me updated every step of the way. Understood my concerns and made sure my pet received the necessary care. Very affordable and accept CareCredit. Cannot recommend them enough. (Service: cat/feline dental extractions)

This is a wonderful vet practice. We are partial to Dr. Willam’s but everyone is always so friendly. They have helped us care for foster animals as well as family pets. Great place.

Poinsett Animal Hospital has been a great vet. From the time I adopted my dog 11 years ago until today when he passed, I could always count on this vet to help me keep him healthy. Thank you for everything.

Worst experience at a Vet clinic ever. I sent my husband with a list of concerns regarding my dog. Most importantly she’s licking her bottom incessantly. He comes home with a $235 bill and and no answers to her condition. But they took it upon themselves to do what they claim is a “wellness” visit. That evidently does not include checking for UTI or anal glands. But does include checking for heart worms and parasites. That was not my concern and I did not ask for that to be done! I got charged $75 for that. They looked at her teeth and said she needed antibiotics. Another $75. Plus $65 just another fee. One week later her licking and uncomfortableness is so bad I have take off work to take her back for the original complaints. I said she was gagging a bit from pills possibly? Oh then just stop giving her them. Did she really need them then? They didn’t want to check her tooth. Oh and well ness check doesn’t include looking in her ears because I looked and she has one ear red and goopy. What a racket!! Guy ahead of me complained about his bill as well. Much higher than he had been quoted. But they have a brand new facility! Maybe they better get a new business plan too. Care about their patients for a start. And stop flagrantly charging for anything that comes to mind. Oh FYI - it’s $28 for anal gland express! 😂 They also chopped off her nails but did not buff so they are all jagged. The worst.
