New management, new experience. I’m so happy I didn’t let previous, negative reviews discourage me. The new manager, JR is awesome. Excellent customer service, excellent care. He knows his stuff and customizes my lawn care to my specific soil needs identified through soil testing. After only two applications of my lawn’s prescribed care, I literally have neighbors stopping me as I walk my dog to ask what I’ve done to my yard. My lawn care guy also can’t believe the results. Dark, uniform green with the most growth I’ve ever experienced. In addition, the products used are pet, pollinator and family friendly vs the usual poisonous lawn cocktails. I've hired multiple other companies for weed control and fertilizer for my lawn and they were rushing or misleading in their services. This company has been the best. Friendly, communicative, good results and they take their time on my lawn. I'm paying a little more for the service but getting twice the time and effort.
My experience has been great. They take time to help me understand how to care for my yard, were very thorough figuring out what it needs, and took time to talk at length about the options and timing of replacing some flower beds with turf.Couldn’t be more pleased!
