Aida was the most valued part of our experience at Mackey/Woodlawn. She was always kind and so professional. She always did what she said she would do, and within the amount of time desired. She was good about reminding me of certain things, knowing that I already had so much on my mind. Also, my mom looked absolutely beautiful and we were so impressed at how much she looked like herself in death as in life. The staff at the mortuary and the gravesite were also so respectful and professional. No complaints at all!!

Mackey at Woodlawn:Aida Gonzalez has been amazing to me and my family. Aida was introduced to me in 2012 with the unexpected passing of my father. I had no idea she would be by my side almost 12 years later for the unexpected passing of my mom. Knowing she was there for me because she was familiar with me from helping me and my family years earlier meant so much.Knowing she was there kept me at ease during such a traumatic unexpected experience. My Mom passed very early on a Saturday morning, 1:15 am, and with the Monday first chance meeting with Mackey Mort. We were greeted by Funeral Director Jasmine S.. She made the process of a basic Funeral svc with graveside so easy and calm with no pressure at all to "upsell". She was in contact constantly from uploading pictures of Mom, to make sure obit was perfect, to most importantly, give the use of Woodlawns Chapel (free) due to the rain we experienced Aug 3rd.
