After pulling a hamstring and finding that just rest wasn’t fixing things exactly, a friend recommended I see Theresa. Not only did she address that area, she ended up addressing a lot of scar tissue from surgeries in my abdomen. Through light touch, she released a lot. I’ll be back for more but have already felt a difference. Theresa is so knowledgeable about all the muscles and tendons and connection points!
Caprice is so gifted and caring. It's clear she has a calling to care for others and it shows in all she does. Chronic back pain was better after our session. I'll definitely return!
I saw Heidi for a morton's neuroma and neuropathy in my foot. She worked with precision, releasing the tight tissues that were strangling my nerve, causing my pain, but without hurting me. I was able to stand and walk normally immediately after and for the rest of the day. Neuromas take a long time to heal. I was grateful for the pain relief! Her laser focused hands are perfectly designed for myofascial work. Highly, highly recommended.
