I had severe SPD starting early in my second trimester. I pushed through but by 32 weeks I was hurting. I purchased Dr. Ashley’s 3rd trimester package and religiously began attending appointments twice a week when I could. I hate to think of where I’d have been at 40 weeks if I had not attended these appointments. She made sure to listen and target what was causing me pain. I truly believe the adjustments and maintenance aided me with the unmedicated birth of my 10lb baby.Would definitely recommend for other pregnant mama’s and say don’t wait as long as I did, it makes such a difference!

I have been bringing my kiddo to Dr Ashley since birth. He had tongue tie and lip tie. Dr Ashley helped us to adjust before and after the release, and she made SUCH a difference in him! Due to my baby’s oral ties he was born very tight. He couldn’t turn his head to the left side, his shoulders were always clinched, his legs were always tucked under his belly. Latching was very difficult. After a few adjustments I got a much more relaxed baby. I was able to practice breastfeeding with him finally at week 3.After he recovered from his frenectomy, we continued to attend here just for wellness. I’ve been going to Dr. Ashley for both of my pregnancies. She’s helped my back pain, given me tips on how to jumpstart labor, and helped get my babies into position for birth. She takes her time with her customers and provides expert care. Highly recommend her services!
