This therapy experience is changing my life. I’m familiar with traditional therapy settings and have been so amazed by how much more efficient art therapy has been for me, while still having the opportunity to talk things through when I need to. I am also getting great results with EMDR, and know that I am in safe hands here. Courtney is a truly amazing therapist regardless of modality, and it’s clear that this is her calling. I am now getting the kind of help that has been needed for years, and so thankful for it!
