Harry was very knowledgeable and did a good job of explaining what would be done and followed-up after the job to reinforce his original explanation - he also informed us that our dog shouldn't be exposed for a few hours - that was much appreciated

Patrick was very professional, pleasant and thorough. I would rate him 5 of 5. My primary complaint about this company is that they don’t notify me of an estimated time of arrival. We always want the inside sprayed as well and need to know when they’re coming because we don’t stay home all day.
