Ryan from CMIT was able to fix a connectivity problem between my home Apple environment to my office Microsoft environment. I had previously worked with two other consultants spanning 3 hours of time, with a lack of success. Ryan was able to give me a workaround solution in 36 minutes!! Kudos to Ryan!
