Went above and beyond to assist with a dental problem I’d been dealing with for years. Everybody there is very kind and helpful. Informed me that my insurance would only reimburse me instead of covering up front and allowed me to quickly and easily reschedule based on that knowlede.
Cody went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable during my procedure. She explained everything she was doing step-by-step and even grabbed a model to show me exactly what was going to happen, which I really appreciated. She was both personal and extremely professional.
Dr. Carpenter was also wonderful. He made sure I was comfortable the entire time and even squeezed me in the same day to take care of another tooth so I wouldn’t have to come back and go through the numbing process again. On top of that, they worked me in later that day to adjust my retainers to ensure they still fit properly.

I went in today for a consultation regarding my partial and my experience with this group was fabulous! I met with Shandle, a dental assistant, and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and even made some minor adjustments to my partial which was very beneficial. I've had issues with my partial for some time and this is the first dentist that I've been to that told me the facts and truth and didn't try to exploit me. Needless to say, I will be a new future patient!
