I was scheduled for Lab tech to draw blood for subsequent lab report . When I arrived, the receptionist quickly and proactively processed me inside to the lab . The Lab Tech's drawing of the blood was absolutely painless.the entire visit exhibited a team that was fluid in applying their professional competencies.

I know it’s a physicians facility but Brio is a breath of fresh air! I am a 56 year old woman and have a lifetime of typical Dr offices under my belt. I have never experienced anything like Brio. Ever. From the interior design aesthetics to the cleanliness and bottled water it is a top-notch, pleasant experience! And that doesn’t even include the friendly and CARING staff! There is all that certainly, but the most important thing is being heard. Dr. Hardymon is now my PCP because she LISTENS to me and actually CARES. I believe she actually CARES. And she LISTENS!
