Had my first ever massage with Ruth yesterday! It was a great experience. Ruth asked many questions before starting and addressed all the problem areas. She put me at ease and I look forward to my next appointment.
Wow! .. I came to Bob with pain on my neck and sore upper back after going back to crossfit from a 3 month period of no exercise, my traps and neck were so tight that my neck and head were hurting. The moment that Bob started the massage you could tell he knew what he was doing. This is not a regular sports massage, he is very specific as to what to do and where to put pressure, you can tell he knows about body motion and how everything is connected. I recommend Blue Ridge 100%
Was in town briefly to visit after 2 solid days of driving and Bob successfully massaged the car out of me. Appointment was super easy to set up. Bob & Roo are both super nice and extremely professional - and who doesn't love beagles? Will definitely visit again on any return trips to GRV if possible. Thank you!
