After getting my drone stuck in a tree on the edge of my property, I thought I was out of luck. It was about 70 feet up tangled in some thinner branches. I called Mike to see if this was even something he could take on. He asked for pictures and then offered to come over and assess the situation. He showed up in less than 1/2 hour and climbed way up the tree and worked diligently into the night to get the drone down. He tried repeated and finally dislodged it and kept it from crashing to the ground. Day after Christmas, Mike took my call to help me hang a swing on a very high tree that was giving me trouble. It was a Christmas miracle! He came to the rescue within an hour of my call. Very experienced and nice man. Would 100% recommend his service to anyone!
