I had an appointment with confirmation via text message. Once I got there, they weren't open. Everytime I called I was never able to get through. The voicemail is completely full. So now I have drive to another location to receive service.
I don’t know what’s all the bad reviews is about. I’ve been going here for a year straight. Never had any issues at all truly the best one out of them all.
When you call to make an appointment, it i a rarity that anyone answers. It goes to a full mailbox. When they do answer the phone, it sounds like you are bothering them. I have scheduled two appointments with them. The first time it was on a Sat. When I arrive the door was locked. Finally someone came to the door and I was told that they didn’t have me down and told me to come back in 30 minutes. The second time I had an appointment at 4 on a Saturday and I went to it early, and they had a note on the door that there was an emergency to call back to reschedule.
